Yes! All of our tubs come with a 1-year warranty from us. If any part malfunctions during the 1st year we will fix it, as long as it is from normal use. Any abuse of the tub will void the warranty. We have never voided a warranty and we stand by what we sell.
Occasionally. As of right now, we are not a dealer for new Hot Tubs, but it is in the works to start carrying a line of new tubs.
When you buy a hot tub from us we include standard delivery to most of Central Oregon with the purchase of the tub. If the hot tub is going on a 2nd story, or in a place that requires a crane for delivery, the crane fee is up to the customer. We will always discuss the need for a crane before the sale of any hot tub.
Unfortunately no, connecting a hot tub to any electrical wires requires a licensed electrician in the state of Oregon. Since we are not licensed to do any sort of electrical work, we leave that up to the professionals. The only time we will connect a tub is when it is 120v and it is only a simple plug into an outlet.
Yes! We have our business license through the state of Oregon and we carry more than the minimum requirement when it comes to our insurance. We have never had to make an insurance claim, but it is always there just in case the need arises.
We do not offer any sort of water care maintenance, but our partner company Man Up HandyMan Services LLC does! We refer all water care over to them. We work hand in hand so if any issues come up they will let us know so we can get in touch with you for a repair. While Man Up handles all water care needs, we handle all repair needs.
